Payment Terms and Conditions

These Payment Terms & Conditions outline the policies regarding payments, installment plans, refunds, and disputes for all products and services offered by PWU Technologies Limited. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. Payment Terms

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, Paystack, credit/debit card, PayPal.
  • Clients can choose between two installment plans:
    • Two-installment plan: The total amount will be split into two payments, with an additional 5% service charge added to the total cost. The first payment (50%) is due upfront, and the second payment (50%) is due within two months.
    • Three-installment plan: The total amount will be split into three payments, with an additional 10% service charge added to the total cost. The first payment (approximately 33.3%) is due upfront, followed by two equal payments over the next two months.
  • All payments must be made to an account bearing the name PWU Technologies Limited.
  • After making a payment, clients must send an email to ella@mypwu.com with the payment receipt.
  • Late payments may result in delayed project completion or additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

  • Clients may request a refund within 14 days before the project commencement date.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via ella@mypwu.com.
  • Once the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  • If the client has made an installment payment and requests a refund within the allowed 14-day period, only the amount paid will be refunded, minus any applicable processing fees.
  • Initiating a payment dispute without first contacting PWU Technologies Limited may result in the client being ineligible for future services.

3. Cancellations & Disputes

  • If a client fails to complete an installment payment within the agreed timeframe, PWU Technologies Limited reserves the right to pause or terminate services until payment is made.
  • Clients who wish to cancel their project after commencement will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any disputes regarding payments must be communicated in writing before pursuing legal action.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from future transactions with PWU Technologies Limited.

4. Policy Modifications

  • PWU Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately and communicated via our official website.
